We know living with suicidal thoughts is complex and dynamic. It can be hard to talk about with those who just don’t understand where your brain can take you. This is why Love of T is so passionate about peer support. We know that just being around people who have similar lived experiences provides a different type of support
that the clinical system just can’t replicate.

Our peer support specialists are here to support you in whatever way you need to help you live your life to the fullest - while also experiencing thoughts of suicide. Scroll down to learn more.

  • Drop-in Support

Our drop-in support programs are here for you to access our peer support workers in person and be in community with others who are navigating suicidal thoughts.

They are here to listen, help you navigate the health system, or share their own story .

  • Online support

Our peer support specialists have a limited amount of online 1:1 sessions for those who are unable or uncomfortable meeting in person.
